About Project:
Youth Square held arts and cultural activities from time to time to engage young people as well as the community where its building is situated, and movie week is one of the activities that they organised. Two movie weeks were held in 2018 and 2019 with the themes of “city” and “youth” respectively.
Our Role:
We are responsible for the programming as well as the delivery of events, including screenings and talks.
Our Tasks:
Programming:
– Curatorial concept
– Selection of films
– Invitation of local and overseas guest speakers
Event Management:
– Secure screening licensing
– Arrangement of screening copies, including 35mm prints and blu-ray discs
– Arrangement of photography
– Moderation of talks
