The Hong Kong Arts Development Council commissioned us to conduct an organizational review exercise for the Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival, which the Council has been running since 2005. The Council invited overseas and local experts to review the initiative, and we conducted focus group research with various stakeholders and compiled the review report, providing insights as to how the Festival should develop in future.

Artizen is a scheme organized by the Roundtable Community to introduce arts and culture as a career to students. Cultural Connection's Managing Director was invited as guest speaker in 2012 and 2013, lecturing on arts promotion, in particular the copywriting for arts and cultural programmes.

The Hong Kong Baptist University School of Continuing Education offers the Professional Diploma in Arts Administration for those aspiring to become an arts administrator. Our director was invited as a guest lecturer to offer students a glimpse of Hong Kong's public cultural management structure.
